BCA No. 6 of 2024 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Priyanshu Gairola, Advocate for the applicant. Mr. Rakesh Negi, Brief Holder for the State. Ms. Manisha Thakur, Advocate, holding brief of Ms. Chetna Latwal, Advocate for the respondent no.2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the bail cancellation application has rendered infructuous because the respondent no.2 has already been acquitted. In view of the above, the bail cancellation application is dismissed as infructuous.
