CRLA No.770 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Hon’ble Siddhartha Sah, J. Mr. Prateek Tripathi, Advocate for the appellant. Mr. J.S. Virk, Deputy Advocate General for the State. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the appeal because the appellant had already filed CRLA No.605 of 2025. The appellant Bittu alias Surendra has been provided legal aid at State’s expenses and even the appellant was not aware that his appeal has already been filed. It is an admitted appeal. It cannot be withdrawn. But, there is no purpose to continue with this appeal now because the appellant Bittu alias Surendra’s appeal (CRLA No.605 of 2025) has already been admitted. The proceedings of this criminal appeal are closed. List CRLA No.605 of 2025 for hearing on 27.04.2026.
