Heard Mr. Jagdish Singh Bisht, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. Correction Application (MCC No.15957 of 2026) has been filed by the appellant to correct the word “Document No.43/23-43/29” in the third line of para 9 of the judgment and order dated 19.03.2026 passed in First Appeal No.152 of 2013 by replacing it by the words “Document No.43/22-43/29”.
3. The said request is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.
4. Correction Application (MCC No.15957 of 2026) is accordingly allowed.
5. The judgment and order dated 19.03.2026 and decree stand corrected accordingly.
