BA1 No.1869 of 2023 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. B.D. Pande, Amicus Curiae for the applicant. Mr. Siddhartha Bisht, AGA for the State. This is a bail application seeking from jail. On 23.08.2023, this Court had requested Mr. B.D. Pande, Advocate to assist the Court in this matter. He was agreeable and was appointed as Amicus Curiae. Learned Amicus Curiae submits that, in fact, the applicant has pleaded guilty and he has been convicted and sentenced accordingly on 11.03.2025. Therefore, the bail application has rendered infructuous. The bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
