AO No.52 of 2026 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.

Mr. Siddhartha Singh, Advocate for the appellants. Ms. Medhavi Divya Saxena, Advocate for the Caveator. As soon as the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the appellants submits that, in fact, the impugned order has already been set aside in another appeal, being AO No.43 of 2026. The instant appeal was filed on the same day, when the order was passed in AO No.43 of 2026. In view of it, nothing survives in this appeal. It stands disposed of, accordingly.

(Ravindra Maithani J.)
