Delay Condonation Application (IA) No.16638 of 2026 Restoration Application (MCC) No.16639 of 2026 In AO No.695 of 2017 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Pooran Singh Bisht, Central Government Standing Counsel for the appellant. Mr. Anil Kumar Joshi, Advocate for the respondent. Instant appeal was dismissed in non- prosecution on 20.02.2026. Now a restoration application along with a delay condonation application has been filed. Learned Central Government Standing Counsel submits that due to error on the part of the office the case could not be marked, hence it was unrepresented. When it came to notice the application has been filed, which is delayed. It is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondent. Having considered, the grounds of delay are good enough to condone the delay. Therefore, delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Delay condonation application is allowed. List for hearing on 11.06.2026.
