WPMS No.266 of 2026 With Interim Relief Application (IA) No.1 of 2026 Urgency Application (IA) No.2 of 2026 Hon’ble Siddhartha Sah, J. Mr. Gaurav Singh, Advocate for the petitioner appeared through video conferencing. Mr. Suyash Pant and Mr. Sudhir Kumar Nailwal, Standing Counsel for the State/respondent nos.1 to 4. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing relief no.1. On relief no.2, learned counsel for the State has no objection since being an innocuous prayer. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate (Admin.), District Haridwar to decide the application for release of the vehicle of the petitioner within a period of one week from the production of certified copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
