Applicant is in judicial custody arising out of Special Sessions Trial No. 164 of 2022, in Case Crime/FIR No. 500 of 2022, under Section 376 (3), 506 IPC and section 5(j)(ii)/6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012,, Police Station Kotwali Haridwar, District Hardiwar. He has sought his release on bail. This is third bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was rejected on 26.07.2024 and second bail application was rejected on 22.05.2025.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the third bail application of the applicant deserves to be rejected.
