2. Mr. Mohd. Shafy, learned counsel for the Respondent No.6.
3. This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the learned Waqf Tribunal, to decide the interim relief paper no.79-C2 under Section 151 of CPC dated 19.10.2024, filed by the Petitioner in terms of the liberty granted by this Hon’ble Court vide order dated 19.06.2024 passed in WPMS No.1580 of 2024.
4. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.6 has no objection to it.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Waqf Tribunal, to decide the interim relief paper no.79-C2 under Section 151 of CPC dated 19.10.2024, filed by the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
