The instant case is taken up on the prayer of Ld. Counsel for the Applicant.
The Applicant has moved withdrawal application stating that during the pendency of the R.A. the matter has been settled under "One Time Settlement" scheme as per the bank guidelines, hence the loan account stands closed.
The Applicant has placed the application for withdrawal of the case and to pray to list the case before National Lok Adalat.
No Dues Certificate of the Applicant has also been annexed with the application.
Keeping in view prayer of the Applicant, withdrawal of the R.A. No.09 of 2023 is allowed.
