The instant case is taken up on the prayer of Ld. Counsel for the Applicant.
The Applicant has moved withdrawal application stating that during the pendency of the M.A., the loan account has been settled and closed between the parties and No Dues Certificate has also been issued by the bank, hence, the M.A. has become infructuous and disposed of.
The Applicant has placed the application for withdrawal of the case and to pray to list the case before National Lok Adalat.
The Application is supported by Affidavit of Shri Sanjeev Agarwal (Applicant of the M.A.) R/o K-504, Rishita Celebrity Greens, Shushant Golf City, Shaheed Path, Ansal, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Keeping in view prayer of the Applicant, withdrawal of the M.A. No.15 of 2021 is allowed.
