This Chamber Appeal is filed against the order passed by the Registrar dated 14.11.2025, wherein the OA was declined to register on the ground that Bank is unable to explain the limitation.

It is the Tribunal who has to see whether any proceeding are within the limitation or not, therefore, this Chamber Appeal is allowed.

If there are no other discrepancy, the same be registered.

Registry is directed so far as limitation is concerned, they can note down the objection and place the matter before the Tribunal after registering the same.
