The instant T.A. 585 of 2002 was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 26.10.2021 of Hon'ble Presiding Officer.

The Applicant Bank filed an M.A. no. 73/2021 for recall of the order dated 26.10.2021 and restoration of T.A. to its original number.

Hon'ble P.O. vide order dated 12.09.2025 in the M.A., allowed the M.A. and restored the T.A. to its original number and directed to deposit a cost of Rs. 1000/- with DRT Bar Association Lucknow within 15 days.

The Applicant Bank deposited cost of Rs. 1000/- on 16.07.2026 vide the Receipt dated 16.07.2026 with DRT Bar Association Lucknow. The Applicant Bank Counsel has prayed that delay in deposit of cost may kindly be condoned as it escaped from his memory.

In compliance of the order dated 12.09.2025 referred to above, the T.A. is restored to its original number.

The Applicant Bank is directed to take fresh steps for Notice upon the Defendants within three weeks.

List the O.A. on 20.11.2026 before Registrar for filing proof of service.
