*In this matter, Counsel for the bank submits that they will not proceed under DRC. Counsel for the bank further submits that review is not maintainable, whereas, Counsel for the Wasan Shoes submits that their review is maintainable and it should be allowed.*

Counsel for RA applicant submits that the operation of the order dated 01.02.2023 is pending but the bank is not proceeding.

I have gone through the review application and prima facie of the opinion that review is not only maintainable and is liable to be allowed, but, since the bank is not proceeding, this Review Application stands disposed of.

The RA applicant will be at liberty to approach this Tribunal in case of any difficulty or in case bank want to proceed.

RA stands disposed of accordingly.
