This MA has been filed in SA No. 108/14, the SA was disposed off on 23.12.2025.

Counsel for the erstwhile OBC now PNB submitted that both the banks have filed original documents before this Tribunal, he seeking release of those documents.

Registry is directed to return the original documents to the bank which have filed those documents, that means whatever documents have been filed by the PNB and whatever documents filed by the Central Bank of India.

In view of above MA is disposed of.
