Counsel for the applicant Shri <b>Jitendra Tiwari</b> submits that vide order dated 18.10.2021 the OA was dismissed for non-prosecution. It is submitted that the Miscellaneous Application has been filed on 09.10.2023 <b>due to insurgence of the Covid-19</b>. It is submitted that OA has been filed for recovery of public money.</p><p>In view of the fact, accordingly, the Miscellaneous Application is allowed and disposed off. The Original Application is restored to its original position.</p><p>Applicant is directed to take steps for fresh notice upon the defendants.</p><p>It is further pointed out that this case was assigned to Shri <b>Harindar Singh</b> Advocate who expired.</p><p>Let the file be sent to registry for compliance.</p><p>Let O.A.
