Counsel for the applicant is pressing MA No.23/2022 for recall of the order dated 18.01.2022.</p><p>It is submitted that the proceeding was being made in Corona Virus through Video Confrencing and when none turned up the case was dismissed for default.</p><p>It is submitted that within time the MA has been brought on 01.02.2022. It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant that if the OA is not restored to its original position, the applicant bank will be put to a loss.</p><p>It is pointed out that this OA has been brought by the applicant for recovery of public money.</p><p>In view of the fact, the MA is allowed and disposed off and the OA No.692 of 2014 is restored to its original position.</p><p>The applicant bank is directed to take steps of fresh service upon the defendants within 15 days of this order.</p><p>Let file be sent to Registry for compliance.</p><p>Let OA No.692 of 2014 be listed on 07.05.2026 before the Bench.</p><p>Order be uploaded on the Tribunal's website.</p></td><td data-bbox="741 231 875 977"></td></tr></tbody></table>
