It is submitted that O.A. No.846 of 2021 was brought by the applicant bank for recovery of public money and if the O.A.is not restored to its original position the bank will be put to a loss.</p><p>In view of the fact, the Miscellaneous Application is allowed and disposed off. The O.A. No.846 of 2021 is restored to its original position.</p><p>Let the OA.
