Counsel for the applicant is moving MA No.67 of 2021 for recalling of the order dated 27.10.2021 by which the SA was dismissed for default as none appeared on repeated call. The MA has been brought on 17.11.2021 that is within the period of limitation. It is submitted that if the SA is not restored to its original position the applicant shall be put to a loss.</p><p>I find that on 27.10.2021 the SA was dismissed as none appeared on repeated call.</p><p>In view of the fact, the order dated 27.10.2021 is recalled and the MA is allowed is disposed off.
