DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL LUCKNOW Date of order or I Order with signature of court proceeding Office action taken with date M.A. No.27/2024 08.10.2025 SL. No.58 None appears for the applicant. I find that this MA has been brought by the applicant bank for restoration of OA No.996 of 2023. It is stated that on 19.12.2023 when none appeared on repeated call; the case was dismissed for non-prosecution. I find that the Miscellaneous Application has been brought on 23.01.2024 that is within time. It has been stated in the MA that the OA No.996 of 2023 was brought by the applicant bank for recovery of public monety and if it is not restored to its original position the applicant bank shall be put to a loss. In view of the fact, the MA is allowed and disposed off and the OA No.996 of 2023 is restored to its original position. The applicant bank is directed to give a fresh notice to the defendants.
