JUDGMENT
1. This Miscellaneous Application has been filed by the applicant for recalling / review ex-parte judgment dated 20.01.2022. It is submitted that ex-parte judgment was passed without giving proper opportunity to be defendants; hence the judgment dated 20.01.2022 be recalled and the applicant be given an opportunity for filing WS and to contest the case.
2. 1 have heard the Ld. Counsels.
3. 1 find that from the judgment that it has been observed by the Tribunal that the defendant No.1 & 3 appeared before the Tribunal, but, did not file WS and the matter proceeded ex-parte. The defendant No.2 filed WS and it has been considered in the order.
4. 1 further find that, the time of argument both the parties were heard on 01.11.2021. It appears that for recalling judgment dated 20.01.2022 this Miscellaneous Application has been filed on #

M.A. No.42 of 2022 14.03.2022 but any sufficient reason for delayed filing of the application has not been submitted.
5. 1 find from the application filed by the applicant that any cogent reason has not been submitted for filing Miscellaneous Application after delay.
6.
