Counsel for the applicant-bank is moving MA No.28.2024 for restoration of OA No.893/2023 which was dismissed for default on 20.11.2023 as none appeared on repeated call and MA has been filed on 20.02.2024 i.e. after delay.</p><p>Ld. Counsel for the applicant-bank submits that OA was brought by the applicant-bank for recovery of public money and if it is not allowed, applicant-bank shall be put to a loss.
