1. To set aside / recall ex-parte judgment and recovery certificate dated 06.06.2026 passed in OA No.248 of 2022 title deed as Union Bank of India Vs. Ratnesh Verma in the interest of justice.
2. To allow the applicant to deposit the remaining amount, if any, as per the terms and conditions of one time settlement dated 30.08.2023 Ld. Counsel for the respondent bank submits that it is true that one OTS was accepted by the rQspondent bank and the applicant has M& deposited the entire amount towarcis Je OTS only a sum of Rs.1.35 lacs Add is due.
