bank submits that in compliance of

order dated 03.3.2025.WPivy have

been issued to the defendant and in

proof thereof, tracking report has

been enclosed. It is submitted that

despite receive of notice, defendant is

not appearing for objecting to the

condonation of delay.

It

is

submitted

that

MA

No.124/2023 has been brought by the

applicant-bank for recall of order

dated 17.7.2023 and vide order dated

17.7.2023, it was observed by the

Tribunal that despite giving ample

opportunities, the applicant-bank had

not taken any steps, thus, OA was

dismissed for non-compliance of the

order

It is submitted that OA was

brought by the applicant-bank for

recovery of public money of

Rs.23,47,305.66/- as on 31.5.2019. It

is submitted that if the OA is not

restored to its original position, public \d- d.

sector bank will put to. loss.

OA No.892/2019 is restored to its

original position.
