It is submitted that the applicant has deposited the entire amount and it has been recorded in order dated 27.08.2025

borrower has got no objection if the sale is confirmed and an amount of Rs.5,84,06,000/- is deposited by the auction purchaser.

Ld. Counsel for the respondent

bank submits that the entire amount has

been deposited. However, it was not

deposited in time.

of the fact, that the

remaining amount has been deposited;

the respondent bank is directed to issue sale certificate and proceed for sale registration '/ the MA is disposed off D
