Counsel for the applicant is present.</p><p>None appears for the respondent.</p><p>This Miscellaneous Application has been brought by the applicant for recalling of the order dated 07.01.2022 passed in O.A. No.516 of 2019. It is submitted that OA was dismissed for default when none appeared on repeated call. This MA has been brought by the applicant on 07.02.2022 i.e. within time. It is submitted by the Ld.
