A written Reply has been filed; the respondent ARC has submitted that respondent ARC is bound to comply the order dated 20.09.2024 passed by this Tribunal in SA No.1059 of 2023. It is submitted that the receipt of the entire amount as proposed to be paid and has been paid by the applicant, and vide a letter dated 12.12.2024 to the applicant has been infromed collect the original title deeds pertaining to the property in question and the respondent ARC is further committed to execute necessary documents as per the applicable law. ma In view of the fact,,specific submission there is nothing more tb be decided; the MA is accordingly allowed and disposed off.
