The instant case is taken up on the prayer of Applicant Bank.
The Applicant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and the total Settlement Amount of Rs. 37,72,048/- has been deposited by the Defendant. The Application is supported by Affidavit of Shri Amit Kumar Singh, presently posted as Chief Manager, State Bank of India, 2<sup>nd</sup> Floor, 2, Tilak Marg, Hazratganj Lucknow.
Keeping in view prayer of the Applicant, taking lenient view on account of National Lok Adalat, prayer for withdrawal of the case is allowed.
