Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that the present M.A. has been filed by the applicant on account of dismissal in default order dated 29.11.2023 passed by this Tribunal for restoration of S.A. No.432 of 2023. He further submits that the applicant intends to file fresh Securitization Application; therefore, he does not press the present Miscellaneous Application.

Since the applicant did not press his M.A. and wants to file fresh S.A., therefore, the instant M.A. is withdrawn as not pressed.
