This Chamber Appeal has been filed by the applicant under Rule 5(5) against the order dated 05.8.2023 passed by the Registrar declining to register the ~~OA~~ <sup>P. MA I</sup>. The applicant had given undertaking to remove the defective within 07 days.
Heard counsel for the applicant and taking lenient view to afford an opportunity to the applicant, this chamber appeal is allowed with the direction to remove the defects before the Registrar within 07 days if any, thereafter, the Registrar will register the ~~OA~~ <sup>P. MA I</sup>.
