The present Chamber Appeal has been filed against the impugned order dt. 21.1.2021 passed by the Registrar declining the registration of the S.A. on the ground that despite giving several opportunities the applicant had failed to remove the defects.
Being aggrieved by the said order the appellant had filed the said Chamber Appeal which is taken up today in the Chamber.
During the course of hearing, the counsel for the appellant stated that required documents has been received and prays that he may be given opportunity to remove the defect.
Considering the request of the counsel for the appellant the order dt. 21.1.2021 is set aside. The appellant bank is directed to remove the defect within 10 days from today.
The Chamber Appeal is disposed of finally.
