DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL, PATNA Date of order or proceeding 01.08.2025 MA 327 of 2024 Order with the Signature of the Court Office action taken with date Ld. counsel for the respondent has informed that the order against which the present MA has been filed has already been set-aside by division bench of the Hon'ble High Court. So, the present MA has become Infructuous. Ld, counsel for the applicant submits that he has no information of this fact. As it has pointed out that the copy of the order of Hon'ble High Court has been filed as annexure "A" at page no.7 of the counter affidavit.
