This is an apprication fired by the Bank wherein it has been stated Bank fired Apprication for recovery of Rs.11,63 ,347/_
including interest as on 15.06.2013 from the Defendants and during pendency of the said Apprication there has been settlement between the parties at Rs.11 lacs and Bank issued No dues certificate to the Defendant and now the Bank do not want to proceed further in the matter and wants to withdraw the case and also prays for refund of Court fee.
