Since the defendants did not pay any attention to regularize the Account, the Account became out of order and was classified as N.P.A. Thereafter, Applicant Bank issued a notice dated 01.03.2018 upon the defendants through its Advocate demanding to repay the outstanding loan amount, but the defendants did not comply with the said notice; copy of notice dated 01.03.2018 is annexed and marked with letter 'A-6'.
