1. Heard learned advocate for the petitioners.
2. A challenge in the petition is to a notification dated 30.06.2004 issued by the respondents. It is pointed out by the learned A.G.P. that the said notification was under challenge in Writ Petition No. 2011/2005 before this Court at Nagpur Bench. 2026:BHC-AUG:49990-DB

3. Considering above, the petition can be conveniently disposed of in terms of order dated 25.10.2005 passed by this Court at Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No. 2011/2005.
4. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of.
