1. The present Civil Application has been filed by the petitioners seeking amendment in Writ Petition to bring on record subsequent developments that have occurred during the pendency of the Writ Petition. According to the applicants, respondent No.4 has passed an order dated 11.09.2026 during pendency of the present Writ Petition. Thereby disposing of the application submitted on 11.12.2024, 17.07.2025 and 06.02.2026, by which certain flaws were allegedly pointed out in the basic application seeking permission to start performance center by the petitioners. Therefore, it is

913-CA.11393-26.odt necessary for the petitioners to amend the present Writ Petition by inserting paragraph No.20A to 20C, ground Nos.III to VI along with prayer clause D-1, since the developments have occurred during the pendency of the Writ Petition, which affects the merits of the matter. While deciding the Writ Petition, it is necessary to grant the prayer made by the petitioners. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause “B” and is accordingly disposed of.

2. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of one (1) week from today. (MANJUSHA A. DESHPANDE, J.) ... vmk/-
