1. Heard learned advocate for the applicant.
2. This application is filed seeking restoration of First Appeal (St.) No.21791 of 2026 which came to be dismissed for default in view of the order dated 01.09.2026 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, the appellant had not removed the office objections within stipulated period.
3. The learned advocate for the applicant undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks from today. Subject to such condition, the application stands allowed.
4. First Appeal be registered.
