ORDER :
1. Respondent No.5 is directed to forward proposal of the Petitioner dated 19th August, 2026 to Respondent No.4.
2. If such proposal of the Petitioner is forwarded to Respondent No.4, it shall be decided in the light of decision in ”Janabai Himmatrao Thakur V/s State of Maharashtra and Others” 2019 (6) Mh.L.J. 769 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of its receipt. Proposal of the Petitioner shall not be rejected only on the ground that the Petitioner is not taking education at present.
3. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of [ ABASAHEB D. SHINDE ]
