1. A prayer in this Petition is against a show-cause notice dated 22-09-2026 issued to the Petitioner by the Caste Scrutiny Committee- Respondents No. 2 asking explanation as to why his caste validity certificate shall not be revoked by re- opening /re-inquiry in which the validity certificate was granted to the Petitioner as belonging to ‘Rajgond ’ Scheduled Tribe.

2. After 10-08-2026, the Committee is conferred with the power to review its own orders.

3. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner has heavily pressed the matter. He relied upon the order dated 05-10-2026 passed in Writ Petition No.12582/2026 along with other Petitions. In this order, Court had issued notices wherein similar challenge was raised.

4. It is pointed out that in those Petitions i.e. in Writ Petition Nos.13095/2026 & 13122/2026, the show cause notices were given after 10-08-2026 i.e. after the amendment was brought inforce.

5. This court notices that it was a common order passed in said Petitions and probably for that reason by mistake, the notice is also issued in the said Petitions. This court does not find that the order was passed by noticing the dates. Since the power is conferred with the Committee to review its own orders, it is open for the Petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Committee in the proceedings. We do not find any case, calling for interference in the Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. [JITENDRA JAIN, J.] [KISHORE C. SANT, J.] VishalK/5wp14028.26
