1. Heard learned Advocate Mr Shinde for the applicants, learned APP Mr Lomte for respondent No.1 and Mr Kedar, learned Advocate for respondent No.2.
2. At the outset, learned Advocates for the parties state that this Court, vide order dated 07/04/2025 in Criminal Application No.1077/2025 permitted the applicants to withdraw the application, challenging the quashment of the same first information report.
