1. As the acquisition proceeding is of the year 2006, the appeals are heard finally with the consent of the learned counsel for the respective 2026:BHC-AUG:48799
Dilwale 2 29-FA-1185-15.odt parties.
2. By these appeals, the acquiring body is assailing the judgment and award dated 16.08.2014 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon in LAR Nos.726, 727 and 728 of 2009, whereby compensation came to be enhanced.
3. This Court in First Appeal No.729/2017 with connected matters decided on 15.10.2024 arising out of same project i.e. construction of minor irrigation tank Sheri/Londhari, Tal. Jamner, Dist. Jalgaon, has enhanced the compensation in favour of the claimants. Thus, the present appeals filed by acquiring body deserve to be dismissed.
4. In view thereof, the First Appeals stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
