2. In both Applications, the Applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No. 140 of 2025, dated 12th October 2025, registered with Malharpeth Police Station, District Satara, for the offences punishable under Sections 37(1), 37(3) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 and Sections 115(2), 118(2), 189(2), 190, 191(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. In both Applications, the Applicants were granted interim protection by imposing certain conditions vide Orders dated 24th November 2025 and 20th November 2025 respectively.
3. Learned A.P.P. appearing in both matters, on instructions, state that there is no grievance regarding any violation of the conditions imposed upon the Applicants.
4. In view thereof, the interim protection granted vide Orders dated 24th November 2025 and 20th November 2025 is hereby made absolute. The Applicants shall co-operate further.
