3. Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant, the learned APP for the Respondents–State and Learned Counsel for Respondent No-2- victim.

4. After hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

7. Learned APP appears for respondent No. 1/State.

8. Learned APP for the State submits that the victim’s mother, who was also the informant, is no more. He submits that counsel from legal aid be appointed.

9. In view of the above, Mr. Rahul Pralhad Kasabekar, Advocate, empanelled on the panel of Legal Aid Counsel, is appointed through the Legal Aid Services Authority, Sub-Committee, Circuit Bench at Kolhapur, to represent Respondent No. 2/victim.
