1. By the present application, the applicant is praying for bringing on record legal representative of the deceased petitioner. The petitioner expired on 18th September, 2025. The applicant is the son of the deceased petitioner.

3. We therefore allowed the application. The applicant is allowed to be added legal representative of the deceased petitioner. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the amended petition be served upon the respondents.
