1. In furtherance of our order, passed on 24/09/2026, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Khed by addressing a communication to the Tahasildar as well as the Circle Officer, Karanjvihire on 01/10/2026, has cancelled Letter No.917/2025 (Actual Letter number is 917/2026) dated 10/09/2026 directing maintaining order of status-quo as regards Gut No.337. The said letter produced before us by Mrs.Raje is taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. 2/2 910 WP-12623-26.odt
2. Since now the impugned letter dated 10/09/2026 stands recalled, we dispose of the Writ Petition and declare that there shall be no legal impediment in the way of the Petitioners in restoring the mutation entries in terms of the law laid down by the Apex Court as well as this Court in regards to the entries about Maharashtra Private Forest.
