1. By this Interim Application, the Applicants/Petitioners have sought for recall of the Order dated 31st July 2026 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) and for restoration of the captioned Writ Petition by condoning the delay.

2. The Applicants state that, upon the filing of the Writ Petition, objections had been raised by the Registry, which could not be removed within the stipulated period due to bona fide and inadvertent circumstances. Accordingly, the conditional Order dated 31st July 2026 could not be complied with.

3. The Applicant has stated that the Writ Petition raises substantial and arguable grounds against impugned Order dated 18th February 2022 and the Applicants will suffer great prejudice in the event the captioned Writ Petition is not restored. The Respondents have submitted to the Orders of this Court.

4. Considering that the conditional Order for removal of office objections has not been complied with due to bona fide inadvertent circumstances, the Applicant should not be made to suffer on account of default of their Advocate in removing office objections.

5. Accordingly, we condone the delay in filing the Interim Application and allow the present Interim Application.

6. The conditional Order dated 31st July 2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) pertaining to the present Petition is set aside.

7. The Writ Petition (St) No. 14302 of 2026 is restored to file.

8. The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. [FIRDOSH P. POONIWALLA, J.] [R. I. CHAGLA, J.]
