1. By this Interim Application, the applicant/petitioner have prayed for amendment of the petition to implead the Union as party-respondent. Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 has opposed this prayer of the petitioner for impleadment.
2. Considering the fact that the petition is at the stage of admission, we are of the opinion that the amendment as prayed for be granted. Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Let amendment be carried out within one week from today. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.
