1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. The present application is for restoration of Writ Petition No.5488/2010 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 27.1.2023.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant invites our attention to paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the aforesaid application thereby explaining circumstances in which learned counsel for the applicant could not attend the petition when it was called out.
She also invites our attention to receipt dated 1.2.2023 thereby substantiating fact that the applicant has deposited costs of Rs.5000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.
