1. Heard learned counsel Ms Neha Mohatwee for the applicant.

2. The present Misc.Civil Application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition No.4533/2022 which was dismissed in default for non- removal of office objections.

3. This court on 26.2.2024 had passed a conditional order regarding removal of office objections, failing which, this court had ordered that the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant invites our attention to receipt dated 4.3.2024 issued by HCBA, Nagpur thereby substantiating fact that the applicant has deposited costs of Rs.1000/-, which was also part of that order. Office objections could not be removed for reasons stated in paragraph Nos.1 and 2 of the aforesaid order.

5. In view of the above, we are of a considered opinion that the applicant has satisfactorily explained as to why office objections could not removed and, therefore, we allow the present application.

6. Writ petition No.4533/2022 is restored back to the file of the court. The petitioner is directed to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
