Corrigendum
An Order has been passed in this matter on 05.10.2021.
It is brought to notice by the Registry of this Tribunal that in Order No.09 at page 10 in para 28 of this matter the party name has been inadvertently / erroneously typed as 'Ashok Timbers' instead of 'M/s Ashoka Hawai & Shoes Private Limited' and the same has been uploaded in the Tribunal's website.
It is ordered by the Tribunal that in order No.09 dated 05.10.2021 in the matter of R.A./01 of 2021 at page 10 in para 28 of the said order, the name of the party should be inserted / read as "M/s Ashoka Hawai & Shoes Private Limited" instead of 'Ashok Timbers'.
This order shall form part and parcel of the order No.09. The other portion of the order No.09 dated 05.10.2021 shall remain same and unchanged.
Order be uploaded in the Tribunal's Website.
